Тетеревятник или перепелятник? Вроде показался крупным для перепелятника

I would say a female Goshawk . In addition to the large size which is evident from the photo , the undertail feathers around the vent look bulging and the bird seems heavy and robust.

Перепелятник. Это самка, а самки крупнее самцов, поэтому можно перепутать с некрупным тетеревятником.

Thanks for the input Anna ! Actually I am aware of the females are larger than males in many raptor species , however the bird looked big and especially with those big and long bulging undertail coverts . Anyway thanks for the input and seems that the size eluded me . Thanks

Bassel, I only saw your comment after I submitted mine.
However, I definitely see a sparrowhawk, as the bill is weak, the dark spot on the side of the head isn't as contrasting as on goshawks, and it's brown, not blackish or gray. The undertail coverts are probably fluffed up because the bird itself is all ruffled. In August, in the Almaty area, it's more likely to be a sparrowhawk.
