Hi guys. Sorry I have to write in English. I can understand Russian at least partly (70%), but I can't write in Russian.
No, this is definitely a Dusky Warbler, Ph. fuscatus. The eyestripe is not very dark in this individual, but it is broad. Hippolais caligata shows a thin eyestripe, especially behind the eye. Then, the bird in the photograph shows the typical supercilium whitish in front of the eye and pale brownish or buffish behind the eye. This is typical for Ph. fuscatus. Moreover, the greyish hue to the breast sides, the yellowish leg colour (a small part of one leg is visible) and the bill colouration is also more typical of Ph. fuscatus than of H. caligata.
Last of all: this bird is on its breeding grounds in the Altai and singing its typical, loud, monotonous song. I'll upload another photograph for the leg colour.

Oleg, are you asking about the plant species, on which the bird is perched? I am not a good botanist. Maybe it's a species of birch, Betulus spec.? It is high altitude shrub, less than 1m high.

Hi Raffael! I wrote that to me is unclear as you could confuse a Dusky Warbler. In the photo the bird is similar to a Booted Warblers. I assumed that the bird is photographed in the steppe, near a Sociable Lapwing. But in a photo the dwarfish birch Betula rotundifolia, characteristic is visible to Highlands Altai. Now, when there is the second photo it became clear.
