   Черношейная поганка. На заднем плане, видимо, тоже, вроде не малая.
   Hooded Grebe with the characteristic head shape, shape of head coloration, and bill form. Probably both birds belong to.

   Красношейная только ближняя. Вторая черношейная.

   Its a Horned Grebe. I can't remember, but I'm sure I put Slavonian Grebe when putting it in the species column. It was difficult to work it out in Russian for me. At the time when I discovered it, I scanned the lake with my bins and shouted at Qanatbek, who I was with at the time 'Slavonian Grebe!' And got him on it. It was a long ways off and it was getting dark.
