I believe this was a Green Warbler. The green-yellow color was all over its body and the supercilium stops before the beak.

Also has the pale orange lower bill.

Greenish Warblers in fresh plumage can be rather yellowish, especially young birds. Here are examples: one, two, three. In the photo under the link "three", pay attention to the eyebrow in front of the eye.
