    Тут бы еще фото. Окрас верха видится более бледным, чем у обыкновенного жулана. Сбоку бы увидеть или со спины.

    Утверждать что-либо по этим фото сложно, но я бы не исключала туркестанского жулана. Слишком уж верх кажется светлым и низ охристым.
