Surely Lanius Lahtora? It was not on your list.

We consider Steppe Grey Shrike (Lanius pallidirostris) as species (please look here). Foreign researchers use L. (lahtora) pallidirostris or L. (meridionalis) pallidirostris scientific names. But this bird is juvenile Lanius minor of course.

Thank you Askar for your help. I will look more closely, next time. I have already seen Lanius Minor a few times. And I have seen Lanius Excubitor a few times in England also. This bird did seem to be Larger than other Lanius Minor I have seen.
    Good debate.

As it is not called Lanius exubitor pallidirostris, Lanius meridionalis pallidirostris, Lanius lathora pallidirostris - it will still remain Lanius minor
