   Is this picture from f. C. Pallidus breeding range? Or any other subspecies breed here? Head looks very pale and bird overall also look pale to say it as pallidus.

   You are right, this bird is pallidus from its own breeding range. If bird could be identified in subspecies level we usually do it (please look to scientific name in the photo's title.
