   Возможно описания не будет скоро. Нужен большой материал. Но если будут даны точные отличия этой популяции от refectus - уже будет сделан первый шаг.

   Nice photographs. Are all the breeding Buteos in the region (Tien Shan) this dark, or is there a variety of morphs. Why do you consider this part of the reflects group? I am trying to understand the distribution of vulpinus, japonicus and refectus in central Asia. japonicas is also reported as a breeding and wintering bird in kazakhstan. Would be interested to get in contact for further communication
