I watched feeding on the birch-tree the little (5-6 birds) flock of Red-fronted Serins, one male White-winged Grosbeak, Peregrine Falcon on the building of City Hall. Falcon caught the victim (probably Pigeon) and parted it on the niche of the building. I didn't make any good quality photos because the weather was very cold and misty. Probably Falcon hunted in the vicinity of City Hall because there was the mist and the Peregrine's high fly was meaningless.
