The murky wet day. Two noticeable appearance were today. The flock of the Siskins more than one hundred birds pecked up birch seeds from the ground. Siskins shied the cars but allowed me to close on about one and a half meter. I even made the video. The second noticeable appearance was two females of White-winged Grosbeak. Both birds pecked up seeds from ground and later ate the gemmas from the tree. These birds were my first Grosbeaks this winter.
