Cyanistes cyanus (flavipectus)

Dear guys,

A short question: Yesterday 22.03.2015 in nighberhoods garden at 11 h MEZ the sono reminds on this bird from probaly Kazaksthan?? -- it is a little crazzy...but it could be hat I even saw the bird. --- Is it Cyanistes cyanus (flavipectus?) ??
